Refund policy
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
All sales are FINAL, there are no refunds, returns, and/or exchanges allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. There are NO refunds & NO returns on already shipped and/or used eyelashes and lip gloss products, etc.
However under certain circumstances, SPOILED GIRL COMPANY may determine if your case requires a refund. If we determine you require a refund, your refund will be processed as a store credit. All applicable refunds are via store credit only!
DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be reviewed for refunds, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances. And, once your order is placed, your order cannot be changed. No refunds will be issued because you've changed your mind.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us at spoiledgirlco@gmail.com to correct your information. A relabeling fee may apply.
STORE POLICY
You have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us of any issues with your order. After 30 days, we can no longer assist you with damaged items, missing items or any other issues you may have. We do this to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Please do not wait a long period of time before letting us know of a potential problem with your order.
Please note any fraudulent orders will be pursued legally and criminal charges will be filed with our local police department.
Please also note we have the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. Please remain respectful when communicating with our company as we will communicate with you with the utmost respect as well.
