SPOILED GIRL COMPANY is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. If you have emailed us,  please allow 1-3 business days for a response.

 

PROCESSING TIME

SPOILED GIRL COMPANY products are 100% handmade, packaged and shipped by one person. Some items may or may not be made in small batches, others are made to order to preserve its freshness. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before packages are shipped. This does not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping takes another 2-5 days before you receive the item. 

We are NOT responsible for any "lost", "stolen" and/or “delayed” packages through any postal service. It is up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier for the most up to date status on the delivery process. All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time regardless of shipping method selected at checkout.

Once we ship an order, we no longer have control of the package. We will not be responsible for damages to package, shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. You will have to contact the shipping carrier provided more information to you. We are also unable to cancel any orders after they are placed
